Dock & Marine Services on the Horseshoe Bend
Horseshoe Bend is a 7-mile peninsula between MM 8-13 with the densest concentration of waterfront condos and homes on the lake. Dozens of coves provide protected water on the interior, while the outer edges face main channel wave exposure. Condo association docks create large commercial dock projects, and heavy breakwater demand on the channel-facing sides makes this a premium revenue area for dock builders.
